Miss Wolcott 2012 and Wolcott's Outstanding Teen 2012 Pagent

The Wolcott community is invited to an evening of talent, poise and suspense as the Miss Wolcott Scholarship Program presents "Ladies' Night" on Saturday, November 5th at 7:00PM at Wolcott High School.

The evening's events will be hosted by Miss Connecticut 1985, Lorine Guagenti Zdanowski.  The audience will also be treated to a special performance by the Triple Threat Dance Company.  Please mark your calendar for this great annual tradition which is supported by the Exchange Club and the Junior Women's Club. and see if you can pick our next Miss Wolcott and Outstanding Teen.  For tickets please call the Triple Threat Dance Company at (203) 879-0312 or Eddie Bruneau at (203) 879-1646.

Miss Wolcott
The reign of Miss Wolcott 2011, Aubrey Heidorn, who represented Wolcott so proudly at town events and at the Miss Connecticut Pageant, will end that evening as she crowns her successor.  Miss Wolcott 2012 will begin her journey serving the community of Wolcott and promoting her issue of concern and will go on to represent our town at the Miss Connecticut Pageant in June.  This year, seven talented young women are seeking this title and the opportunity to earn thousands of dollars in Scholarship for their college education.

The contestants are:  Emily Audibert, Mikayla Birdsall, Rebecca Darley, Marisa DelBuono, Cristina Rossi, Meghan Skura and Colleen Ward.

Wolcott's Outstanding Teen
Wolcott's Outstanding Teen 2011, Taylor Way, who did an "Outstanding" job in her role, will be passing on her title to one of the four young ladies entered in this year's competition.

The contestants are: Briana D'Esposito, Melissa Doyle, Maggie Milton and Julia Napolitano.
